1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hafidh application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Hafidh is a Quran memorization app that provides personalized memorization plans, progress tracking, spaced repetition scheduling, and related features to help users memorize the Holy Quran.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 13 require parental consent.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of Quran memorization and related activities. You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding the Quranic text), is owned by Neogrant Oy and protected by intellectual property laws. The Quranic text is public domain and is presented in Uthmani script for accurate representation.

6. User Content

Any data you input into the App (such as notes, preferences, and progress data) remains your property. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this data to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability.
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed in the App.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet all your requirements or that it will be error-free. The memorization suggestions are recommendations and may need to be adjusted based on individual learning capacity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neogrant Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
